DocSure Bureau offers transaction coordination, document review, title assistance, and communication support for residential and commercial property transfers.

Our online store offers branded office supplies, printed playbooks, and related materials that customers can purchase.
3. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
We strive to maintain high service standards and offer clear guidelines for refunds and scheduling changes.
3.1 Real Estate Transaction Services
You may reschedule a service appointment up to two times at no additional charge, provided you notify DocSure Bureau at least five business days before the scheduled date. To request a refund or credit, submit a cancellation notice at least five business days before the start date. Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within ten business days of approval. If you cancel fewer than five business days in advance or if work has already begun, no refund will be issued. Instead, you may request a credit for future use, valid for one year from the date of issue.
3.2 Information Products
All digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds after access has been granted. However, if you encounter technical issues or have not accessed the product within seven days of purchase, please contact us for assistance, and we may, at our discretion, approve a refund or provide an swap.
3.3 Goods
Physical items may be sent back to our facility within thirty days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers must cover shipping costs for sending items back. Once we receive the items and confirm their condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within ten business days. You may also opt for an swap or a credit voucher of equal value valid for one year.
